Yoga Classes for Beginners

Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi

Learn the yoga basics of slow stretch, breathing awareness, and relaxation training in small classes at a gentle pace. Designed for those with no previous Yoga training. Class-size is limited, so preregistration is necessary. A new-student discount is available the first time you register for a series. Follow-up classes are available for continuing students.
