Yoga and Mindfulness Training for Youth


3-Week class for children aged 2-6 years old, with a parent. These fun, interactive classes (which include parent and child) incorporate music, movement and breathing. Students learn to stretch and strengthen the body, build focus and confidence, develop and explore imagination, and practice techniques for self-calming and relaxation. The instructor is Karen Lodes.
